Two days in a row the postman has brought me exciting mail! Yesterday my new bottlebrush trees arrived, and today a beautiful package from Bobbi Lewin on Etsy.
She packaged everything so beautifully. It was a treat to open this up! There was a surprise in every layer.

The enevelope was full of punched heart confetti.
And then the lovely crocheted heart banner!
Oh my sweet loverly goodness, it really is as lovely in person as I imagined it to be.
I can knit hearts, but I cannot crochet hearts and definitely not in such lovely detail. I will knit most things myself, but I will purchase my crochet goods everytime. There are just some things that look much better in crochet and delicate hearts are one of them. This garland really was the prettiest on all of Etsy! I saw it and thought, oh that would look lovely as the background decor for that Valentine’s Day project I have coming up, and in my front window. It really will, it is perfect. But for now, it is hanging on my studio mantel, just above my yo-yo mats and bottlebrush trees.
